UK based Luvaglio has finally put something on the market that no one can justify. A $1 million dollar laptop. The tech specs are pretty boring but it comes with a diamond ring that serves as the power button and can actually be taken off and worn. Oh and the ring even acts as a security feature unlocking the computer. It’s probably the first time a security device is more desirable than what it guards.

The laptops are fully customizable with a selection of leathers, real woods and leathers.

I have to say that Bag Borrow or Steal is one of the better ideas I’ve seen in a while. The company rents out designer handbags for a monthly fee, $20/month for access to the “Trendsetter” line (think Dooney & Burke) all the way up to $175/month for the “Couture” line (think Gucci and Rosiblu). You have access to one bag at a time and when you get bored with it you get them to ship you a different one and return the old one.

Not only will this service keep your closet a lot cleaner, it can be an inexpensive way to look your best all the time. So the next time you’re looking at dropping a few thousand for a Fendi you’ll use for a few months, think about renting it.

Lamborghini Reventon

Only 20 of the Lamborghini Reventon will be made and they’ll set back the lucky buyers $1.4 million a piece. It has more carbon fiber than any other Lambo, in fact if it came with a cup holder I bet that would be made out of carbon fiber. Boasting 650 hp and a jet like cockpit to handle the speed it’s everything you’ve ever wanted. The three customizable LCD displays even have a 3D G-force indicator. I’m not sure who has time to look down when they’re travelling at 200mph, but apparently some people can.

Evolution isn’t just for chimps, it also applies to good design. It seems as though evolution has taken it’s course, and the Herman Miller classic Aeron office chair has evolved into the Aeron Chaise. Marc and Justus Comandre recognized that those of the digital generation are sedentary, spending much time watching TV or Youtube, and upped the ante on 9-5 comfort. It looks like just a creative concept for now, but don’t be surprised if you see these popping up in high-end furniture stores in the near future.

Ferrari 420 Dino

Set to be unveiled in 2009, the newest Ferrari Dino is a powerhouse. Boasting a front mounted V8, it will produce about 480bhp. Production is set at 3,500-5,000 per year and will cost you between £82,000 and £90,000. We’re still not sure if it will show up as a coupe-cabriolet with a folding hard top, or as a berlinetta hard-top. Either way this piece of heaven will let a few more lucky people feel the speed and luxury of a Ferrari, for a very inviting price.

Most Comfortable Pants in the World

Now people might not think this is as epic a question as – what makes me happy… But I think it’s a lot more worthwhile to think about. After all, if you’re wearing more comfortable pants then maybe you’d be happier.

Part of a good life is being comfortable and there are two pairs of pants that I would consider the most comfortable. Surprisingly, they’re not made of space age spandex or made by lululemon. The second most comfortable pants in the world are scrubs. There’s nothing quite like a pair of scrubs. I don’t know if it’s because you feel like a doctor once you throw them on or because the waist always allows an extra turkey dinner, but they’re ridiculously comfortable.

The most comfortable pants in the world however, are fisherman pants.

They feel exactly like this picture looks. Like they float over you. There’s only really one size and you just wrap them around you and then tie them around your waist. They’ll be shorter than pants, but longer than capri’s. They’re made out of super light weight cotton and will cost you about $3 in Asia, a little more from eBay. I’d highly recommend picking up a pair – or six if you happen by Thailand. I promise three bucks never felt so good and that they will quickly turn into your favorite “around home” pants.

Dolce & Gabbana are in the upper echelon of Italy’s fashion designers, normally making anything they produce unaffordable for the masses. They’re changed their tune a little bit, recently outing a new line of reasonably priced fashion watches. Sporting the new “Licensed” watch with it’s sporty and high-tech design you might feel more like James Bond than a typical fashion snob. You can get this quartz movement watch for $295.

Alfa Romeo to return to North America in 2008

And in glorious, beautiful fashion. As a quasi-Alfisti I’ve been keeping my eye on the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione since news broke about Alfa Romeo returning to America after exiting in 1995. The new Alfa was being displayed in production clothes at the Meadow Brook Concours d’Elegance this past weekend and boy, does it looks pretty. With the cost on this beast being north of $200k it looks like I’m going to be refinancing my soul.

Now calling a lovesac a beanbag is like calling a Ferrari a soapbox racer. They both have wheels, but the similarities stop there. For one, take a look at this thing:

There’s actually three people in this photo, you just can’t see them. The sacs are filled with pure love, they are the most comfortable seats in the world and they’re huge. The super sac is 6′ wide and weighs in at 80 lbs. And the big one… 8′ wide and 100 lbs. I can’t even explain to you what it’s like. I would think something like being back in the womb. Except you’re dry and watching TV with a beer in your hand.

The first place I tried these out was in Las Vegas and I have to say I recommend either the super or big one. So try calling your nearest store before you go online. The super sac is going for $299 + cover and the big ones $499 + cover. It’s worth every penny. I found the corduroy the most comfortable, but pick something you like and have at her.

Oh and just one note of caution… Don’t get one if you have a baby. I’ve heard they eat them. Or get lost in them, or something like that.
