Forbes recently did an article that I thought deserved mention on livvit. We’re all about ambitious lifestyles and you can’t have a great lifestyle without a great job. The article centered on jobs that are fantastics in many respects, but have downsides when you look closesly.

For example take a luxury cruise ship captain. They can expect to make a cool $250,000/year while working four months on, two months off. Add in the fact that you wake up to the Carribean and it seems like the best career ever. However, there is a lot of training that’s required and you’re responsible for the lives of thousands. All of a sudden the stress of the career becomes apparent. They also feature professional video game players, lingerie photographers and weathermen (I don’t see a downside to this career: high pay, fame and you only have to be right 20% of the time - my kind of job).

So take a gander at the slideshow and see if any of these careers entice you.
