Now people might not think this is as epic a question as – what makes me happy… But I think it’s a lot more worthwhile to think about. After all, if you’re wearing more comfortable pants then maybe you’d be happier.
Part of a good life is being comfortable and there are two pairs of pants that I would consider the most comfortable. Surprisingly, they’re not made of space age spandex or made by lululemon. The second most comfortable pants in the world are scrubs. There’s nothing quite like a pair of scrubs. I don’t know if it’s because you feel like a doctor once you throw them on or because the waist always allows an extra turkey dinner, but they’re ridiculously comfortable.
The most comfortable pants in the world however, are fisherman pants.
They feel exactly like this picture looks. Like they float over you. There’s only really one size and you just wrap them around you and then tie them around your waist. They’ll be shorter than pants, but longer than capri’s. They’re made out of super light weight cotton and will cost you about $3 in Asia, a little more from eBay. I’d highly recommend picking up a pair – or six if you happen by Thailand. I promise three bucks never felt so good and that they will quickly turn into your favorite “around home” pants.

wow, my man you are a genius. my two favorite clothes in the world are comfortable pants and silly hats. ive never seen fisherman pants, but id have to say my favorite pants that ive seen are loose fitting like island linen pants and either scrubs or thin cotton pajama pants (they’re pretty similar).
