Lebedev is not a production company, it's a design studio. So 15.03 is the date when the design project (including engineering and all pre-production developement, process of prepairing for production) has been fully finished. The production is being done by side companies but under Art. Lebedev brand. As the guys from the studio know what they are doing, they started taking preorders at the very moment ALL questions about production had been answered. Dan, Art.
